A dear friend of mine was sexually assaulted in their underground garage where there isn't any cellphone reception. The "security" in this place is terrible and they have not made ANY changes since the assault happened 2 weeks ago. The garage door is open probably 50% of the time if not more and side doors are NEVER locked. RecommendedI’ve been living at The Current since August and for the most part it’s been a very good experience. The location is unparalleled, the design is modern and sleek and the staff are incredibly responsive. The value for the money is about right for the location and amenities. The neighbors I’ve met are a cross-section of people in various life stages but a younger vibe, quite a few dogs and a warmth that radiates and permeates. Superb location, great building design, amenities and attentive and friendly staff. Very happy with our choice.
Currently living here with a gorgeous view of the beach! The staff is friendly and personable. They have a bunch of resident appreciation events. The amenities are super nice and they clean every day in all the common areas. Great location with lots to do and great restaurants and bars. Super glad I moved here! And it’s been 5 months and I still feel this way!
Beautiful views, great staff, dog friendly! 24 hour gym service is also a perk!
