They cancelled my appointment 4 hours before it was scheduled on a long weekend. Not impressed.

I wasn't sure if I belonged at curl ambassadors, as my hair is wavy/borderline straight these days. I left with the most beautiful curls I have had in YEARS (maybe ever). Mia took so much time to explain what I needed to do to achieve this look. She was understanding, patient and kind. My appointment went great and I left the salon feeling pretty good about my hair cut. Through every step of the appointment I received a detailed explanation of what was being done to my hair and why. I came out of the experience having learned quite a few new things and I also really appreciate the checklist I received towards the end which explains what my hair needs.
