Ordered from the website picking out a lovely floral arrangement with jewel tone colored flowers with pheasant feathers in it. This arrangement was for a man. received a pink and peach arrangement with a small feather that you couldn't see. I had specifically said no pink.
Very bad business ethics! I ordered online, two plants, for calling hours on Friday evening at a Syracuse Funeral Home. The website never asked for the deceased name but instead the recipients name. I completed the info as asked and this florist did not put any effort into filling my order. She attempted to call me but did not leave a message so I was unaware of the problem until I arrived at the calling hours and did not see what i thought I had purchased the day before.
