It was amazing and they told me everything I had to know and all the staff were so kind!
Came in to get my 5 y/o ears pierced for the first time. She’s a nervous and shy kid, and Avery has an easy and friendly tone that kept my daughter calm. They were especially cool and composed when I mentioned my kid is a bit hard of hearing in her left ear and would speak in her right ear or ask nicely for my kid to repeat themselves.
