I have spent well over 4 years working with The Culinary Edge. Without question, they are the most sophisticated and incredible partners I have ever had the honor of working with. Their insight into the restaurant industry is second to none. The team that comprises TCE is the best of the best. Even though they are in Northern California, you'd swear they are in tour restaurants everyday. I strongly reccomend to anyone in our industry to partner with TCE.

Crappy!,,,,I am 78 years old and I keep trying to buy 2 New England cutlery 3” metal paring knives for 5.99 each ( red & blue marble ) and when I try to check out, you refuse to let me buy them by saying they weigh enough to ship when you want to charge 20 to 40 dollars to ship them. This is pure stupidity!!!!!!!!!!
