A bitter disappointment! The worst customer service and attitude I've encountered in the industry. Since my first cruise in 1988, I've never had any problems with cruise travel agents until now. Snippy, refusal to return phone calls, game playing. Really outrageous, for an agency in the customer service industry. I was forced to cancel and re-book at another agency. Buyer beware.
