My experience at Crowne Nails Spa was 10/10 first of I requested ocean nails they did not miss 🌊 next the pedicure was so relaxing while I enjoyed a glass of crisp cold champagne!! I love this inner city, chic, nail salon and I will definitely be coming back here and only here for my nails and toes.

Rude customer service. I walked in to the front desk and a worker doing someone nails looked at me up and down and said “what do you need” instead of welcoming me and asking me properly. I then said I wanted a soak off and said they don’t provide that, but I need an appointment to do so?? Instead of offering to make an appointment then and there, I was met with hostility instead.
Consistently excellent service! Editing to add - I am completely devoted to this place, with good reason. Quality products, personalized service, beautiful and lasting results.
Very friendly people, my set was done very quickly. Kinda pricey but it’s okay. and I love the nails. I would recommend, and I will be coming back again.
