I'm not sure what these 1 star ratings are about, but I loved living at The Crossings. The maintenance staff always came within a day of putting in a request and always did quality work. I left because I relocated out of state, but if I ever go back to Maryland and need an apartment this is the first place I'll look.
I've lived here for three years, and absolutely would recommend it!! I was new to the area when I moved in and they were great about suggesting places to visit. I've never had a problem with repair or maintenance issues, and the office is always quick to return my phone calls. The only reason I am moving is to get a bigger space with my boyfriend. I will miss the crossings for sure!!
Nope don't do it don't live here!!!!!! They are untimely with repairs and could not fix our front door for a whole year while we asked multiple times. For the amount of money go somewhere else...
Terrible management with leasing staff and maintenance treating residents as if we don't pay rent. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Excessive bugs, ants, and spiders in apts and no privacy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Potential renter beware!
