I don't live here, and wouldn't , but what I see with all that junk, it sounds like the Health Dept needs to be called out to make management accountable. As for repairs, that might fall under them too. It looks so nice on the outside. I haven't gotten any farther, but I bet the rent is high!
There is gabage every where as you can see in pictures below, both in the trash shot and outside containers. The laundries are not working. Inside the apartments if you call maintainace you threatened with fees and levy and even eviction. The manager and maintaunance there very rude towards the resident. In November rent check and money orders was stolen from office . I had to pay rent twice in that month.
I'm very disappointed with this the management of this apartment complex. There isn't any need to put in any requests if they are not getting fulfilled.
