Non-existent "management", uncooperative from day one, increased rent and refused to make repairs/replace old dysfunctional appliances. Refused to reimburse for damages to my car caused by their absurd "improvements" to the property. There are screws nails staples all over the premises. Ridiculous fees, restrictions, greed, ignorant trash, stupidity, mold, second hand smoke are only some of their problems. This Mill Run 2.0 will fail faster than the first one. Not that Fieldstone Properties managing members/president care, b... read more

Go back 15 years, it was warm and friendly here. Quiet, you cannot fix this until the old owner returns thats the only way

They can improve by going under new ownership. From what I've heard, they can't keep a set staff. If a business is runs like their's and keeps restaffing, they are going to get nowhere. It has created havoc for the people that live here, including accusations of rent being paid late months after the fact. I've never dealt with a company that tries to charge a late fee so long after the fact and taunts their customers to collect money that's not even owed to them. I never had any problems under the old management. it was easy... read more

I love how they jack up the rent 10% every year and put their tenants with kids in an awful situation. 50$ a month for preferred parking spaces. Hiring a towing company to take unsuspecting people's cars away in the middle of the night. Redone units are outrageously overpriced. Ridiculously high late fees of 125$. Even to stay an extra month past the lease incurs a 200$ charge. Any way the owners can screw people out of money they will. Prospective renters beware.

I’ve been living here for about 2 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. They make sure that the complex always clean and appealing. Also the office answers ANYTHING needed promptly. The only thing I wish we had was a mail room or a center for packages instead of them being left because I have had mishaps with my packages twice.

I have been a tenant for 10 years and have admired the improvements to the complex, however they need to put the fountain back in the circle. The Crossings is a nice and quiet community near the main highways and good schools. I hope someday they can build three bedroom apartments/townhomes.
