The tenants are charged fees that the staff does not perform even when the work orders put on the portal. I have put in several orders and no one has showed up to fix them. We are charged pest control fees monthly and I have not seen anyone to spray for pests e en upon calling the office.Tub issues , fan issues and I was told by Assistant manager after putting In 3 work orders that someone will be over to fix my issue.
