I've been living here for over fourteen years, not once have I waited more than 24hrs when I needed any type of support from the main office. Everyone has been amazing for year to year.
Josh deserve to be commended for the quality of his work. Your efficiency and dedication truly stand out - you are an outstanding employee! Imagine I have been complaining about the thermostat & A/C for years and no one listened. They kept trying to patch things up instead of actually fixing the problem. Thanks to Josh who finally made things right this time!
I kept smelling a stale smoke odor in the apartment, tried everything to get rid of it from burning candles to spraying air freshener, nothing worked. Maintenance added a deodorizing chemical to the furnace and no more stale smoke odor. I am very happy that they were able to solve the problem quickly. Thank you!!
The Crossings at Red Mill is a great location to live. There are so many businesses and grocery access in walking distance. Pick any of several great restaurants for a good meal. I personally enjoyed the wide sidewalks enjoying many walks with my Golden Doodle. The complex also has a dog exercise area that is well kept. Additionally, there are pet stations throughout the complex supplied with bag dispensers and disposal cans. The management and maintenance crew is extraordinary, helpful, and caring. Megan is the best. Highly recommend living in these apartments. The community is safe and has everything you could ask for. The staff works very hard to make sure life is good no matter what is going on.
