Flooding with no warning. — at The Crossings at One.
RecommendedVery nice community to live great neighbors very family oriented and management is always courteous and available to help you and maintenance is quick also to take care of fixing any problem you may have. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are to have chosen the crossings to live been here almost 5 yrs
The repeating problem of bathroom not draining spoils the day. It's so frustrating that even after calling 3 times to fix the bathroom issue is not addressed. This problem keep repeating and I don't see any permanent solution approach being taken by management. Please be ready to have a good day spoiled because you can't use your bathroom and toilet when you wake up in the morning !!!!
Important communication missing
Dear Management, The hallway in building 3 is smelling terribly today. It is next to unbearable. I have requested multiple times with the property manager Frank and Maintainence office to put some freshners but there is no urgency on this matter from your side. You said some smell kill paint will be done last week but that is still to be done. This is so unhygienic to live in such conditions. The process of becoming a member of the Crossing at one community was extremely pleasant. Amy Kahalani was effective and clear in explaining the process of the application process. It took only a month from the first visit to the move in date. The application was done online which was convenient and Amy did a great job communicating with us every step of the way.
The apartmart was beautiful and Amy K. was nice and very helpful!!!
I was at a crossroads and because of my patience aka PROCRASTINATION, I got myself in a jam with less than a week to locate an apartment.. Phew. I was frantic, although, I appeared cool.. Amy from, The Crossing, gave me a beacon.. She assisted me with finding an apartment that matches my needs and wants..I'm Thankful! I believe my trust is in the right company! The entire staff was welcoming, and forthcoming. I hope we have a productive relationship!
Moved in 19 months ago. Still a resident but they've helped me a HUGE amount the past few weeks. Great staff in all areas and clean, well-kept grounds. Great living experience at a great price.
