Nice rennovated apartment in a great location. Management is friendly and responds quickily on maintenance need. Rental includes most utilities. Great deal and highly recommend.

Moved into this complex a few months ago and all was going well until last week. It was 5 o clock in the morning when my fiancé called and told me his bike was stolen off of the property! We reported the bike stolen and wanted to gain access to the video footage that was taken from the cameras in the lot. From Management to Personnel. WORST COMMUNITY EVER!
They can add all the useless cosmetics to the buildings and units all they want but there are still systematic issues. These old brick buildings are really good at holding in heat, especially during the summer. There is no noise dampening between floors so you can hear every step, thump and sometimes every word of the people living around you (especially above), and the floors are extremely squeaky. If you actually cared about your residents, you would warn the new residents of potential flooding near where they park. You post fliers when our water will be shut off, and I don't think it would be too much trouble to leave a permanent sign inside the buildings where people will see it as they walk in as there is currently ONE SIGN posted outside building 3 that no one would see unless they parked in that specific area.
