Horrible Management – Do Not Move Here! I’ve had a terrible experience living at The Franklin at East Cobb, and I would not recommend it to anyone. My upstairs neighbor has been throwing dog poop off their patio, and it lands all over mine. On top of that, they leave their dogs outside for long periods, and the urine and waste drip down onto my space. It’s disgusting, unsanitary, and unacceptable. Absolutely worst apartment complex ever. The apartments are NOT worth the rent at all. Maintenance takes 3 weeks before they fix something. The front office half the time doesn't answer. I was on a month to month lease, gave them a notice I was leaving but they said they never received the notice so charged me 6k in fees for rent plus early termination fee when we were on monthly to month is crazy also took my entire security deposit which I expected. Do not rent from them. They are $$$$ hungry. The community is DISGUSTING.

I'm going to take some time to thank Mr. Brian, as he helped us move from one unit to another. He was very helpful and made the process as easy as possible. I had originally talked to one leasing agent who had told me that it would cost around $1500 just to move from one unit to another; reasoning being that we would have to go through the same process and pay the same fees as first-time applicants. Brian lowered that cost significantly; in turn, we were able to save a lot of money. I believe Brian is also a manager on this ... read more
