I’ve been living at The Franklin at East Cobb for a few months now, and I can honestly say that if you are looking for a great place to live, look no further — The Franklin at East Cobb is it! The location is nice, the neighbors are respectful, the maintenance crew is great, and the leasing team is truly top-tier. And when I say top-tier, I mean top-tier. I’m a resident at The Franklin and the leasing office staff is phenomenal, helpful and filled with so much hospitality.
Be wary of all the 5-star reviews for this apartment complex. Notice that 99 percent of them are from people who do not live on the property. They are either from applicants or people who just signed their lease. My lease expires shortly—and it can’t come soon enough. There are so many issues with this apartment complex, including the following: 1. Filthy buildings and breezeways. It’s been nearly 2 and ½ years since they last power-washed all the buildings.
