Horrible experience from top to bottom. The experience that my girlfriend has had in less than a month staying here is something nobody should have to go through. Every day it seems as if there’s a new problem that she tells me about. Whether it’s the bathroom faucets not working properly, shower head not working, bathroom door not closing, dishwasher broken upon arrival, cheap paint, trash pickup service not coming for a full week… and worst of all roaches. I was considering moving here once my current lease ends, however, I have seen what my friend has been through in the past 2 weeks since she moved in (roaches, broken appliances, drainage issues and more). It turned me all the way off completely and I will be no longer interested in moving into the apartment complex!!!!
I genuinely feel like I was catfished by this apartment complex. The tours and model units sell you a dream, but my actual experience has been a nightmare. I moved into a roach-infested apartment and repeatedly reported the issue, only for pest control to come out and do the same basic spraying tactic over and over that CLEARLY did not work.
