The water is shut off at least 3 times a month for up to 8 hours each because the pipes are old. I wasnt informed on this issue before moving in of course and wish that I had been. This month alone the water has been shut off 5 times… the weather will be getting cooler soon and I honestly see the issue getting worst before better. Via the leasing office fixing one area of the pipes negativity affects other parts of the pipes because of resulting pressure. Fikela is one of a kind! Personality is on point and I definitely would recommend anyone that wants to move here to talk to Fikela. She will make the process easy and get you in for a tour quickly and leave you with a smile on your face and ready to move in! Nicest person that has talked to me since I have been apartment searching!
Wow. Over the weekend, at an ungodly hour, my family and I had a major emergency in our apartment and it Was very close to damaging some of our property. I called the emergency line and In less than 10 minutes, Vito called us back and 15 minutes later he was there with his shop vac! The water was up 20 minutes later The carpet guys were there ripping out the carpet and by morning at 11 o’clock we had a whole new water heater in place! The leasing office has had an update! The new team is very professional and full of life. When you walk into the leasing office you are met with positive energy and people who take pride in their jobs. They are welcoming, easy to get in contact with when you need their assistance, and do a great job of informing the neighborhood of important community changes and events. If you want to enjoy a stress free leasing experience I’d suggest you look into applying here!
