Milton was extremely attentive to everything I needed help with in the process, he made everything super easy and stress free moving into our first apartment!
This place is amazing and the staff is awesome. Especially Milton Cannon he goes over and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I'm grateful to be apart of the community.
The Franklin is very understanding of residents situations and are willing to work with them. They are very quickly to resolve maintenance issues that may arise.
I highly recommend asking for Ms.Fikela in getting approved for an apartment ! She has amazing customer service and I cannot thank her enough for this journey and joy I will have in my new place I can finally call home ! She is the best and I thank her for it all !
