We've had a wonderful experience at The Crossing at 2600. JoZae' has been consistently helpful and kind in every interaction. It’s clear management cares about the residents and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-managed community. The complex is well-maintained, clean, quiet, and convenient. Our interactions with Jerome, who handles maintenance, have also been excellent. We truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend this place!
No unit will ever be perfect but with maintenance (Jerome) you can rely on them to have your back for any concerns or issues in a timely, effective manner. You can tell they're experienced workers. Ms. Martin always felds my calls, she's super responsive and communicates extremely well. My experience at The Crossings has been great in large part due to the team. This has been my first ever place I have rented. Despite having a couple of minor issues after move in, I will say Ms. Martin and the Maintenance have been amazing in showing concern and timeliness with my issues. Ms. Martin also helped my move in process become so easy and has been very helpful with all my questions and concerns I have had since move in. I personally am not meant to live in an apartment after making some observations, but I agree this apartment community is great and very well managed. 🙂
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Convenient location near TMH with great staff, but outdated units. We lived here for almost 3 years mainly because of the unbeatable location—just minutes from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, which made it perfect for work. The complex is generally quiet and feels safe.
