⭐️⭐️⭐️ Convenient location near TMH with great staff, but outdated units. We lived here for almost 3 years mainly because of the unbeatable location—just minutes from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, which made it perfect for work. The complex is generally quiet and feels safe. While the apartment units themselves are quite outdated (from appliances to fixtures), the maintenance team is excellent—they respond quickly and take care of issues without delay. Very professional, very neat and clean, very thorough! Jozie was a very sweet, person to work with! She made sure she noted everything, made sure we had what we needed and also made sure everything was done in a timely manner !!!
Maintenance is fast and efficient. Front staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
We love it here. It is great, and convenient location. Comfortable and quiet. Ms Martin is really informative, knowledgeable, polite , and kind always willing to help immediately. Maintance is also there to fix anything if needed. We will be staying longer, no need to change residence.
All staff members are friendly and nice.
