Great community to life in. Nice and tidy
Came by looking at the Crosby as a future place to call home and just want to say that the customer service we received from Kavaris was just top tier. We had toured several communities but the Crosby stood out the most because of him. The knowledge of the community and the area was extremely informative. The professionalism and true genuine care showed. We definitely will be considering Crosby for our future home when our lease is up.
The apartments are very good, Angel & office helped us with the info; looking forward to this area.
When I got home Tuesday night, my AC was not working. I called emergency maintenance, and Mike responded efficiently and quickly. After coming home from a long drive, having this fixed in a timely manner meant so much to me, and it made me grateful to live at The Crosby, where emergency needs are handled so attentively. I have been here for two years now, and any issue I’ve had has always been resolved promptly. I truly appreciate the excellent service and care from the office staff and maintenance team.
Angel was amazing while assisting me with my move-in. Everything went smoothly, and I truly appreciated the support and professionalism. He’s very helpful and made everything easy. The apartment is also beautiful and peaceful.
