Poor customer service Very dissatisfied with the customer service in this place. We scheduled an appointment online a week prior to us driving 5 hours from a different state to get turned away with an attitude. As we walked in we were greeted with a foul attitude from the leasing representative. She confirmed she had my appointment in her system but said she didn’t have anything available and couldn’t even show me a model as someone was living in the model? Great Service Awesome service from leasing office staff. Very informative and professional. They answered all my questions. The property is kept clean and maintainance is very polite as well as helpful.
RUN RUN !!!! Looks are deceiving. Although the homes are spacious and somewhat upgraded inside amenities that's about all they have to offer. The amenities are slowly being degraded since Gains Investment took over. As things break or wear out from age Gains replaces with a lower quality. At the price you pay this is not acceptable. WARNING WARNING !!!! DON'T SIGN YET.... Now leave and don't come back you'll be thankful later but if you decide to move forward please do the following so you fully see the property. Avoid Please I do not recommend this neighborhood, I've had my car broken into being parked on the street. They do not have a full time security guard. If you like parking you are absolutely going to hate it here and are going to be inconveniencing your guests. There is never parking at night. The closest parking you will find is at Costco. Management is not friendly here and did not mention the fact that parking is difficult here. I had 2 friends get towed in this neighborhood alone. Gem in the suburb Located right behind the mall, I mean seriously the mall. And right next the the 95 and 215 freeways there's nothing you can find within 15 min. We have a quite but friendly community with lots of animal lovers. Dog park and grass areas with doggie waste bags complimentary. Awesome BBQ area with gas kitchen aid grills. 24 hour pool and spa(night swims!). 24 hour on site maintenance. My favorite tho is the floor plans. 3 story town homes with so much space.
