I highly recommend the Critter guys. They are very professional, knowledgeable and have excellent communication. Erick came and did the inspection, he explained everything honestly and did an amazing job. Erick closed all entry points and made sure he resolved our attic issue. I also aappreciate that he always sends messages if there is schedule change. Also, Sean, the person who answered my first call is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The prices are reasonable.

We cannot recommend the Critter Guys and especially Erick enough! Having rats or other small intruders in your house is such a terrible feeling that you want to be resolved as fast as possible. Erick was extremely responsive and thorough. He found the (very hidden) entry points the first day and prioritized our extermination as if it was his own home. He even came out on a moments notice when we had a false alarm months later. Five stars all the way.
