Amazing customer service and amazing technician! We heard a noise in our fireplace chimney and knew we had a critter. We called another company whose price seemed very high and couldn’t do the work for 2 days. I called Critter Guys and spoke to Sean. He assured me they would come right out, access the problem and whatever it was, they would address the issue right then and there. I called on Wednesday and Erick came out two hours later. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about finding how rodents were getting into the garage. He identified their source of entry and made some suggestions and then set traps. Today he came back and got the rodents out and will continue to monitor until we're sure they are gone. I strongly recommend this company, and I know they will do whatever they can to help. Very reasonably priced also.

I reached out to multiple companies when I discovered rats not only in my crawl space, but getting into my home. The Critter Guys were by far the most knowledgeable and honest. Erick has been great and I feel so much more at ease knowing we’re closer to eradicating the issue once and for all. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

The Critter Guys were fantastic at helping with all of our issues as new homeowners. Erick went above and beyond in communicating and helping resolve our issues. Extremely friendly and professional, couldn’t recommend enough.
