We cannot recommend the Critter Guys and especially Erick enough! Having rats or other small intruders in your house is such a terrible feeling that you want to be resolved as fast as possible. Erick was extremely responsive and thorough. He found the (very hidden) entry points the first day and prioritized our extermination as if it was his own home. He even came out on a moments notice when we had a false alarm months later. Five stars all the way.

Amazing customer service and amazing technician! We heard a noise in our fireplace chimney and knew we had a critter. We called another company whose price seemed very high and couldn’t do the work for 2 days. I called Critter Guys and spoke to Sean. He assured me they would come right out, access the problem and whatever it was, they would address the issue right then and there. Erick came out, went on roof and immediately went to work removing the critter and replacing our chimney screen as well as plugging up all possible... read more
