We were referred to Dr. D. From my cousin who lives in Tustin. We have chinchillas and it’s hard to find a vet who takes care of them. We got a new baby and made an appointment to check out his leg (which is backwards since a week old) We ended up seeing Dr. Rivera and he suggested just keeping an eye on the leg. The Chinchilla has adapted well and he said at this point he is fine. He was honest and said with the risk of surgery he wouldn’t recommend it at this time. We went to The Critter Care Center for the first time today and we were very impressed with Dr. De La Torre. She was wonderful along with her staff. We will definitely be returning with all of our fur babies!
We had to take both of our dogs here after an emergency. They were hospitalized for 3 days and loved the staff. They did an amazing job at keeping us calm and loving on our pups when they were there. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Critter Care Center is clean and the staff and owner are very friendly! They also have an in house groomer. I’d recommend entrusting them for all of your pet’s needs!
