RecommendedI came in with a very sick guinea pig. They wasted no time in putting her on oxygen while I filled out paperwork. Ultimately, we decided the kindest thing to do was to let her go. I held her as she passed. Although it was a horrible situation, the staff and veterinarian were excellent. They gave us time with her and were so comforting, friendly, and empathetic. Their kindness made the process easier. I will definitely bring my other pets here in the future. Thank you, Critter Care Center.

I’m so happy I found Dr. De La Torre! She gave me so much information that I thought my brain would explode...thank you for that as now I’ve been educated on the variety of issues and illnesses my Backyard Chickens can catch. My 12 year old golden retriever's hind foot was swollen, he had an abcess. I took Chester to Dr. De La Torre for treatment. Not only did she take him right in, she performed surgery the same day and I was able to bring him home that day. I love this vet, she is professional, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, compassionate, and explains things thoroughly. Her staff is also welcoming and friendly. Dr. De la Torre, Dr. Rivera, and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful. They're not only great with animals but have terrific people skills too. They've given such wonderful care to our pets while every step of the way kept us informed and comforted. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Highly recommend this vet office! Our first visit with our goat was amazing. Staff was kind and always willing to answer all questions. Vets were amazing and took care of our goats surgery on day of visit. Will be coming back here with the dogs
I cannot in a brief space, say how awesome this place is! They saved my dog’s life! Literally! My dog had been sick for over a year. Gained tons of weight, losing hair and would sleep all day! Previous vet said it was kidney disease and for a year I gave my dog all different kinds of meds! He was NOT getting better. So I took him to Critter Care. They not only told me he didn’t have kidney disease but that he had hypothyroidism!!!! They showed me tests and talked to me for an hour! They loved on him and took the time to walk... read more
Dr. D and her staff are amazing. I had to take my dogs there for the first time for emergency services. They treated my dogs with care and explained everything. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them for our primary veterinary care from now on.
