When I moved it and took 3 hours to unpack, I got a call telling me that I am to live in 4305 not 4205 and I need to move. Not fun.When I sublet my apartment, they sent a utility charge that was to be paid by my subletter to collections under MY name. This happened 2024 and the charge was for May 2022. I was not even made aware of this charge until they sent it to collections. When I moved out, I left my room in near perfect condition. It made me leave 1 star. Awful move in. Worse move out they charge ridiculous move out fees such as ceiling fan not dusted plug in left in. No one knows how to help or wants to help. Don't move your child here. They will put you on hold for 10 minutes then pick up & tell you to email them. *************************** is the worst. It will not let me leave pics.
When I moved into The Crimson in fall of 2017, I had my doubts and concerns about the complex based on some reviews that I saw. But I fell in love with the properties proximity to UA's campus and the security that it offers. The units themselves are great and I have had very little problems. The few problems that my roommate and I have had have been taken care of in a short period of time. I have resigned and looking forward to living here again next year!
This place is awesome! I get to have my dog and they have 2 dog parks here! I love the new management and the always ready, helpful maintenance team. This place is awesome and they always have events to get the community together and giveaway some pretty cool prizes as well. I love their gym and computer lab too!
My daughter has rented an apartment in this complex for two years so far. She is extremely pleased with her experience. Her room is comfortable and well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful and maintenance responds promptly. My daughter loves the dog park and how close her residence is to her sorority and campus. I love the fact that the complex is extremely safe and that the manager handles issues wisely and equitably. This has been the most dissatisfying apartment rental that I have ever experienced. Fees charged for the quality and amenities at the complex are ridiculous. Move-in was awkward and clumsy due to the fact that exterior doors were locked the entire time that massive move-in was going on throughout the complex.
