We had Francis and his employees level our backyard, my husband was having trouble mowing because of the uneven ground. Unfortunately the soil used was poor quality and full of weeds. The grass seeds have not germinated evenly, it is almost three weeks and huge empty spots. Francis assured us he was going to come check it out. We have not seen him as yet. Would not recommend this company. It seems they use students for the labor. Francis should them the work then disappeared. I wish I could add photos to show the result :(

It was a pleasure doing business with them. Everything was smooth and most importantly very efficient. I m glad I didn't pick some other company just over few hundred dollar saving. The quality of their work shows all .
