Horrible Nobody answers the phones, returns voicemail, or emails. The manager there is worthless. Maintenance sucks. Stay far awat
Horrible place to live management group because at least twice a week the air conditioner goes out of blows fuses but they claim it works just fine. I was told by ernesto in the office that it is livable conditions when I told him the apartment doesnt get below 75 degrees. If I'm paying this much I can have the air at whatever I please. Good Potential, but Lacks Proper Maintenance The floor plans are nice. The location is great. The landscaping is well kept. Google Fiber is here. The new leasing office and fitness center are nice. Those are the highlights. Now for the issues: 1. The complex was built in 2 sections. I live in the older section, and the roofs need replacing. As a result, I've had 4 leaks (I live in top floor apartment). 2. Carpenter bees have bored numerous holes in the wood siding underneath the roof, which have not been patched. 3. Maintenance Talk about living in a complex for 2 years and still here. The maintenance in this apt complex is the absolute worse, they will tell you they're fixing something and come to find out it wasn't. It takes them 7 days to replace mechanical things or equipment you use daily. So unprofessional. Talk about a pretty mad resident that's never had an issue. Office staff are great, poor communication, but maintenance is terrible.
Unprofessional Elizabeth in the office says she busy and doesn't return calls to get you booked for an apartment. Never witness somebody to busy to check your credit for an apartment. Glad I found this out early before I rented from them. Very unprofessional for me.
If you don't care about having the best internet, I would look elsewhere. Pros: Has google fiber Cons: Pretty much everything else. This place has the least helpful/useful staff/maintenance teams you will ever see. It's pretty rare that calling/coming in to the office actually results in finding an employee. Every promise they made about fixing stuff before I moved in has been broken. Wesley Plantation I absolutely love my apartment complex. It's in the heart of Gwinnett County and near all majors highways, shopping, restaurants and great school systems. I have lived here for almost 3 and they keep the apartment complex maintained, the front desk and maintenance workers are always willing to help. I couldn't imagine moving to another complex until I am ready to buy a house. If you looking for a safe place to raise your family look no further!!
