They have the never to raise rent the last two years, the building is old , we've dealt with no elevators for q while, consonantly having hot water issues, laundry room is dirty and the machines stink, they will leave your packages outside your door just waiting for someone to take them. Unbelievable. It's not like those apartments are full of luxury.
