Horrible service, they rip you off and there's something fishy going on with the staff as far as deposits and applications fees. I strongly advise to not rent here. Also maintenance had to come time and time again to fix our fridge and other utilities in the house.
My wife and I stayed in The Crest for 4 months during my work appointment at El Paso. We enjoyed our stay - our apartment was clean, amenities & pool really worked and we never had any issues with the management. On the contrary. The maintenance staff showed up promply (we had just one minor problem in the bathroom). Our deposit was returned. We would stay again!
I love living here, if I need something to be fixed, it gets fixed. It's really calm, good neighbors. Love the pool area, and the grills.
