This hotel was perfect for our party of two. The room was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. I was even able to get my Pilates workout done in the room! Location was perfect for what we needed, walkable to shopping, restaurants. Clean and safe. Highly recommend!
There was a mix up with the reservation date. Shelly was able to correct the issue and find a room. Shelly was extremely helpful and well prepared to handle the situation.
Great value
The position is absolutely great. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms could definitely be better (the floor is worn out, the closet is small and old). The real disappointment is the fact that room cleaning is an extra. An extra!? I thought this was the basic service of a HOTEL. But I guess basic rules do not apply in the US. I also think that being this cheap (=charging extra for a BASIC hotel service which should actually be mandatory) is not a good look for a hotel in this location. Just saying... It gives Ryanair vibes
