DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This hotel is not as pictured at all! Rooms are dirty, outdated, cramped, and poorly maintained. When checking in my sheets and towels had mysterious stains all over them, in addition to the room looking much more run down than the photos. When I called customer service I was told theres nothing they can do because I already checked in. How would I know there would be stains on everything and the room looked completely different if I hadn't to checked in? I was moved to another room which is more cramped... read more

I paid for a superior room 4 months prior to arrival but because I booked through Expedia they gave me a downgraded room. There was old washed blood spots on the white curtains and one pillow case. The shower curtains too short so water went everywhere all ever the floor The front Desk was nice and valet was amazing. They need to update the old room an and not say I was changed rooms cause of over booking. It wasn’t overbooked till at least a month prior cause I would check if prices went down. Camera minuscola, manco la mia stanza da letto ( é più grande), per farti pulire la stanza sono 40 dollari a botta e glielo devi chiedere! Si sentono tutti i rumori delle altre stanze e per finire le finestre non si possono aprire ! L’unica cosa buona ? la posizione!
