Property changes owners like every other year. Now owned by Greystar, and guess what, they’re increasing my rent! Small crowded gym somehow with no wifi or cell service, small pool with an hour of actual sunlight a day in the summer. All for now $2400 a month for the cheapest unit (they call them 1BR but they are basically studios since there’s no door), plus another $300 in fees and utilities. I lived there for 10 years, moved out six years ago. It used to be the most amazing place to live until Windsor bought it. Now when I go in there it doesn't look nearly as nice as it did. They cut back on everything, you pay the highest rent and get the lowest quality Product. .
pros: beautiful, spacious apt with high ceilings and great views/boardwalk nice appliances nice gym coffee machine in lobby movie theater lots of restaurants around the area cons: front desk staff could be friendlier and greet you or at least look at you when you enter huge issue with safety of garage vehicles- 3 break ins within a year, and no security nor front desk to watch the cameras which are inside management office and staff reviews footage only during 9-5 time frame fancy butterfly camera Installed at the entrance t... read more
