My apartment flooded and became uninhabitable, yet management refuses to let me move into the model unit—the only unit that is available and fits my belongings. I have lived here for over a year and have been a great tenant, yet Kristi Myers, the regional manager, has shown no compassion, hasn’t even reached out to assess the damage, has been inflexible, and should be ashamed of herself. Forcing residents into unsuitable alternatives after a crisis is unfair and unacceptable.
I lived here about two years and cannot overstate how much I loved it. The units were so thoughtfully designed and appliances were very well made. I called maintenance maybe twice in my two years there. The kitchen is stunning. The bathroom is beautiful. Closets are nice and big. I moved in when Windsor was the management company. Place gets sold every 2 years. New people come in and fire everyone who actually knew how to run the building, cut amenities to the bone, and do basic penny pincher stuff like not running the HVAC in the lobby to save money. All the while increasing everyone’s rent by hundreds of dollars each reup. All so the building can look more profitable to the next luxury property management company who buys it. We are very happy living here at the Crescent at Fells Point. The location is convenient and a beautiful waterfront view from our apartment. The management and sales office team have been so helpful with our relocation to Baltimore. It was a quick move and Janine guided us with my many questions before move in. Thank you for your patience! A lot of good restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Very friendly residents and fun community events. Highly recommend this complex.
Moved out and called to figure out where all my mail is, as I was expecting some very important documents and items. Called multiple times to speak to someone but no one returned my calls. Finally got ahold of someone who was quite possibly the least helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. Just rude and very much had a not-my-problem attitude. New ownership absolutely ruined this place.
