I lived there for 10 years, moved out six years ago. It used to be the most amazing place to live until Windsor bought it. Now when I go in there it doesn't look nearly as nice as it did. They cut back on everything, you pay the highest rent and get the lowest quality Product. .
pros: beautiful, spacious apt with high ceilings and great views/boardwalk nice appliances nice gym coffee machine in lobby movie theater lots of restaurants around the area cons: front desk staff could be friendlier and greet you or at least look at you when you enter huge issue with safety of garage vehicles- 3 break ins within a year, and no security nor front desk to watch the cameras which are inside management office and staff reviews footage only during 9-5 time frame fancy butterfly camera Installed at the entrance t... read more
I lived here for the past 14 months and overall it was a fine experience. The move in process was really good and you can’t beat the location. The apartment itself was definitely on the older side compared to the other luxury apartments in the area and the floors were heavily scratched up. The biggest negatives I had regarding this living situation was the trash, the move out process, general fees/cost.
