My husband and I have used MICU for several auto loans. Our experiences have always been met with personable, friendly service. Their loan officers are willing to wrap education into the loans, if credit problems weigh you down. As for my husband and I, we've been proactive with any foreseeable issues and have never walked away without clear answers. Grace Nichols at the Mt. Pisgah branch is my financial life saver, I'd truly be lost without her! When my husband and I contacted MICU in June of 2016 to look into credit re-building, Grace was patient, kind, and did NOT judge us based on how we look on paper... seriously the first bank or credit union to be so compassionate regarding our situation.
