This credit Union is better than any bank that I have ever had the customer service is off the charts they have competitive rates and they work hard for you and they listen to your needs and Interest rates are competitive Wonderful staff never had a bad experience member over 3 years and credit card rates very competitive
I worked with Mid-Illini on a home refinance recently. I can't thank Grace enough for all the hard work she put into my refinance. Grace went above and beyond my expectstions through the process. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I strongly recommend Grace and Mid-Illini!
I worked with Sabrina on 9-13-19 and purchased a new CD - I shopped around and Mid-Illini had the best 36-month rate. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We decided last year that it was time to buy a new car. After my dad successfully purchased a new vehicle through Mid-Illini, we decided we would as well. Terri worked with us and was able to get us into a new to us car. Most recently, our air conditioner unit decided to stop working. Well, I reached out to Terri & now we have air!
