My husband and son have been going here for a few years now. My son is autistic. He needs routine and familiarity. He likes getting his haircut here. He feels welcomed and comfortable. He's been quite happy with the results of his haircuts over the years. We will continue to go here. We pay online and make the appointment online. Very easy. Would recommend.

I've been getting my haircut here for several years now. I moved out of Boyle Heights a few years ago and even though there are barbershops that are more convenient to me I'd still rather come here. I know I'll get great service and a clean cut every time. I recommend booking an appointment in advance and arriving a few minutes early as parking in the neighborhood can sometimes be challenging.

I visit The Cream Shop #2 and would recommend this place to all my LGBT+ friends for an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The vibe of the place is incredibly chill, and I actually enjoyed myself throughout the entire visit. The barbers here are always willing to provide exactly what you ask for.
