Having a dedicated professional who maintains excellent communication and moves quickly to close a deal in under a month makes a massive difference in real estate. I highly recommend Shelly Budde. She was a pleasure to work with.
Our experience working with Shelly and Cream City Realty was amazing! She worked with us for two years before we found the perfect home. She is honest, detail oriented, professional plus an all around wonderful, kind person. Truly the best to work with!! I will forever recommend her and Cream City to anyone needing to buy or sell their home.
Lindsey and Joan worked tirelessly to help us find our Bay View home in a challenging market. They were full of good advice and helped us zero in on our perfect home. Thanks!

She helped keep ... read more
