About this business
History of our building dates back to 1928. It started out as a feed and storage depot in the 20's. Supplies came by boat and rail. After that business, the building has been used as a Scotty's, Motorcycle repair shop, & Flea Market. The building was then abandoned for quite a few years. Then in 1998, it was rebuilt inside out and became a restaurant called Sunset Steakhouse. The top layer of roof was blown off in 2001 and the building and restaurant was sold. June 4, 2001 The Crazy Gator was opened by Beth and Steve Robin.

Worst experience ever after a hour and a half still left without food. We had one set of silverware until after an hour and never got the rest. Had to eat app with fingers. Waited and waited and nothing ended up going to McDonald's. Thanks for the worst experience ever and everyone will hear about this...
We got to the restaurant at 230pm and it is now 425pm. We still haven't received our food but 4 tables that were seated after we ordered have since eaten and left.

We had our wedding reception here 7 years ago. We had stopped coming because of a deteriorating service. Tonight we returned after seeing the new pictures. We were impressed and will return on February 25th to celebrate our anniversary.
