About this business
History of our building dates back to 1928. It started out as a feed and storage depot in the 20's. Supplies came by boat and rail. After that business, the building has been used as a Scotty's, Motorcycle repair shop, & Flea Market. The building was then abandoned for quite a few years. Then in 1998, it was rebuilt inside out and became a restaurant called Sunset Steakhouse. The top layer of roof was blown off in 2001 and the building and restaurant was sold. June 4, 2001 The Crazy Gator was opened by Beth and Steve Robin.

food was good but the service was too slow. Took the server 25 minutes to get back to us. Another 20 minutes after we asked for a refill she came back to ask us if we wanted more. Then another 20 minutes before she returned with the check. Probably not returning

Great place on the lake for meals. Great park next door
first time here. very nice staff and customer locals. we had a dead battery a local man came up to us jumped us off and refused to let us pay him. thank you for your hospitality. will be back to try the food next time.
