Extremely disappointing experience with both Monica Crawford and Sabra Charpentier. They were consistently unresponsive throughout the process, could not answer standard questions about HOA policies or Assessment's, and even failed to provide the correct keys to the title company at closing. As a result, I was forced to call a locksmith just to access the property after taking possession. I placed a call to inform them of the issue, which—unsurprisingly—went unanswered.
