We are so happy with EVERYTHING about The Crate Escape!
Our boy LOVES his playtime, doggie friends and the staff at Crate Escape Plainfield!!
Our 2 Manchester Terriers are reluctant to be around other dogs and people they don't know. They are our 2 Princesses. And so I was very nervous about them staying at any day care for dogs. However, our dogs LOVE being at the Crate Escape for vacation boarding --both last summer and now this June. They are encouraged by the caring and responsible staff to interact and have fun both with the other dogs and with staff members. Don't feel this is a safe place for dogs to play. Dogs are left unattended at times and the staff doesn't seem to enjoy their job nor are they knowledgeable about the services they offer. I came in to inquire and the one person on staff left dogs unattended and not even in his eye sight and didn't even feel the need to excuse himself and check on them when a small dog was being picked on by a larger dog and stepped on. There isalso no staff on premises at night for the price.I sadly won't be bringing my animals there.
