Meeting organizers were flexible with changes.
Only reason for two stars is the lady was nice to waive parking. Long story short, my daughter is on Medicaid and I’ve never had to pay an incidentals deposit at other area hotels when the county books and pays for a room for us except here. As a single mother on Medicaid, I only had $85 to my name and a child that had a specialist appointment at Mayo Clinic so the $57.50 incidentals charge left me with $29 to cover gas AND food….. not in today’s economy!!! Conference staff handled our event smoothly.
Pros: All of the staff were professional, efficient, and extremely helpful. The valet parking was very convenient, and necessary due to all the construction in the area. The public areas of the building that I saw all appeared to be upscale, clean, and maintained. The room was very clean and the complimentary toiletries were good quality and smelled nice (clean light citrus scent).
