Dentist and hygienist did well. The dental assistant needs to communicate better and take more care with equipment. Office suffers with lack of communications with patients, so they know what to expect of the first and subsequent appointments. They should also be more prepared before the patient arrives for the appointment!

The only issue i had was in the communication process BEFORE the appointment. I got three pohone calls in one day from different persons at that office. One to verify ins which had already been done a week before. One to verify the appt. and THEN i got a call reminding me i was past due for a cleaning and did i need an appt... When i was coming in the next day... Seems to be a communication issue between office staff.
