I was called on my way to the appointment saying that I was supposed to be there at 9. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30. The lady argued with me telling me she had called me letting me know to be there at 9. I went through my messages and did not have a voicemail from her. When I got to the office, the lady then told me she had me down for 9:15. I checked my email and text appointment reminders and they all said 9:30, like I originally made the appointment for. Kristi is the BEST hygienist! Very thorough and careful and a great attitude. I really look forward to seeing her. She makes Dr. L's job easy by spotting problems before they get bad. I also appreciate the receptionist team. They jump through hoops to meet my scheduling demands.
All the members of the team were very nice and friendly and showed that they cared.
