Overall the place was nice. Bed was super comfy and the room was big. However, The shower floor had hair in the drain and little hairs on the floor. I called to the desk and explained. They desk workers came up with a spray bottle and a rag and proceeded to spend 5 seconds spraying the drain only and left. I was baffled. After they left my boyfriend cleaned the floor and the rag came up with black marks and hairs stuck to it. Absolutely disgusting.
The room smelled like urine when we first walked in. Too tired to report this. But at checkout I mentioned it, and they said that a dog may have stayed in the room and that they would have the carpet steamed.
