I have to start out by saying how great the staff was at the hotel and they are the reason its not a one start rating. We had an issue with the room right from the beginning but the staff did everything they could to try and help us out. When you book stay away from the even numbered rooms as they face the hwy and its so loud. We would not have been able to sleep with the amount of truck and car noise. We tried a room on the 3rd and 1st floor and neither were acceptable. We went from a 2 queen room to a single king bed room ... read more
