Very clean and modern. Convenient location to cheat lake
The first king suite we were assigned was not keyed correctly and the door was extremely hard to open. After a second trip to the front desk. They rekeyed the room and it worked but the A/C was not working in the room. Also it was a handicap accessible room that I did not want. Back to the front desk again and was assigned a king room but had to pay the same price because no manager was present to adjust the cost. We stayed here before and had zero problems but this was disappointing
I love a hotel that concentrates on making the important stuff as good as they can control instead of looking fancy. All the fundamentals for a good stay rocked, with a small asterisk on the free Wifi, which wasn't the most resilient. It is in a high data connection area, though, so that's forgivable.
Friendly service, great facilities, well maintained. Highly recommend!
The room was advertised as $350 but then they tacked on $100 worth of fees. Room was clean but sounds from highway made it difficult to sleep. Then you dont even get a free breakfast. Food was awful and adults paid $5. No reason it should be that expensive.
