Had a good time, good food and good service. Will go back soon
Food was good. Took awhile to get the bartender's attention until I got up and asked the waiter for help. The bartender/waitress initially took care of us leaving us to think she was our waitress and nobody else (two people serving total) stepped up to bat until I got up and asked. Most of the food was good but still....if you aren't interested in keeping new customers, we won't be back. Plenty of fish in the sea.
Food is amazing! Great beer selection. Ambiance is very cozy. Great deals during happy hour.
I had heard some good things about this place, so my husband and I decided to try it out last night and I have to say we were pretty disappointed. I had the small fish and chips which were pretty good, but my husband ordered a burger and it was dry with not much flavor. He didn't even finish it, which is unusual for him. The meal, especially for the mediocre quality of food, was way overpriced. I was not at the Craftsman to eat. I work in the building near it, saw that they had thrown their American Flag carelessly over a shed behind the restaurant. It was dirty. After it being there for over a week, I went in to ask the manager may I have it to wash and fold it properly and return to them for proper storage. What a display of disrespect. and they are called The Craftsman New "AMERICAN" Tavern. smh. I won't be eating there.
