This is a much needed review! Had my hair died a couple of days ago and unfortunately was left a bit unhappy due to a miscommunication on both our ends. HOWEVER, she immediately responded when I texted her my concerns, came up with a plan on the spot and told me to come in the next day (today) so she could fix the issues I had. I always leave The Craft Hair feeling my best! Anisha is so sweet and always does the best job
I wanted to get a haircut and possibly a color very last minute. Anisha was able to get me an appointment the same day which I was so happy about because it was the day before my birthday and I really wanted a change. I showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for and she made my hair dreams come true! My hair is amazing and I’m so in love with it<3 thank you so much Anisha. Definitely will be coming to you for all my haircuts.
