The Crab Claw Restaurant evolved from a clam shucking and crab business in the 1950s to a seafood eatery in June, 1965. Delectable fresh seafood has always been our hallmark and customers seek out our relaxed, causal setting within a stone's throw of the water. Known for our steamed Maryland blue crabs and other choice seafood, we also offer Delmarva fried chicken and beef among our entrees. Cold beer, cocktails and other beverages are available to enhance your meal.

Just left from a rehearsal dinner gathering. The staff could not have been nicer and the food outstanding!
My 14 year old son and I made an impromptu stop in St Michaels and stumbled upon the Crab Claw. Not only was the food terrific, but our waitress, Chantel, is one of a kind. Chantel made our trip memorable- one we will never forget!
Be sure to ask for Shontel -- she is an awesome server and person -- we loved her!
You simply can't buy Crab Imperial anywhere that could compare to this crab imperial. We will go back again this summer. Beautiful little Shops to visit too.

The Crab Claw Restaurant has been a family tradition going back 35+ years. We loved stopping there on our way from our Annapolis area home to the Eastern Shore. And, even though we no longer live in MD, we make it a point to try and get there whenever possible as we travel back to see family and friends.
