Very nice place and attentive service by the property managers.
This was our 3rd year in a row coming to the Cozy Dune in May! There were 5 of us and the 3 bedrooms allowed everyone their space to chill and watch whatever they wanted on tv (one in each bedroom), instead of having to watch whatever was on in the den. With a 4 yr old, it was very nice only having a one minute walk to the beach. Another bonus is not having to bring our chairs and umbrella, which take up so much room in the car. Our second year in a row staying in Miramar Beach at The Cozy Dune and it was amazing. We love our time there and plan to be back! This is the perfect spot for families, in our case, with young kids. Easy access to the beach, room for everyone, and a beautiful view.
This condo exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms was a plus. The location was great too. Miramar beaches are amazing and it was literally steps to the beach.
Our stay was absolutely perfect! They were very prompt in responding back to us with any issues and checked in about half way through our trip to ensure everything was going good. We definitely will be staying with them again
