Was a customer for many years, bought 2 pellets stoves from them. Always great service, till this year. We usually order 3 tons of pellets (Thurman) should have ordered 4. We called early this summer and were told to call in early September to place our order. When we called back we were told that they were sold out and not taking orders for delivery!
