I hired The Cozy Barn to clean my pellet stove as I’m a fairly new homeowner and the stove came with the house. The technician did an amazing job and found some things wrong. Going into the second winter here I ran the stove last night and I can tell already it is running more efficiently. Professional. Honest. Thorough.
Don’t waste your time with this place. I pulled up with a trailer and cash in hand for pellets, only to be told they aren’t selling them today because he’s running behind. Meanwhile he’s on the forklift unloading them from a flat bed. Complete waste of a trip.

service man never checked the flu on my pellet stove. the scheduling pellet delivers is also difficult no matter when I call now or in past years
today they installed the harman p68 the guys were very professional and kept my house clean while doing the installation and made sure I knew how to operate it before they left
