RecommendedI have lived here for one year and can speak of my overall personal experience as great. The office staff are always friendly and responsive to any questions I have. The maintenance workers are always timely and efficient and the grounds are kept neat and in order. Everything is done with a smile. RACIST “company” HORRIBLE experience as they protected a white woman who popped our pool balls at the pool and told us to go back to where we came from. Coventry took her side as a victim even tho we were the bigger ppl and did the right thing acting civil. She had no repercussions, and banned US from the pool and were glad to see us move if they didn’t show discipline action. NEVER RENT HERE unless you like being treated like 1950
Very beautiful property and beautiful apartments. Love my home and the way the staff goes above and beyond to show value to their residents. Just moved in and know this is going to be a home for a long time. Also love all the monthly activities they do with residents, really feels welcoming.

The staff at the Coventry make living there a wonderful experience!! The grounds are lovely. The buildings are immaculate!! If you like clean, this is the place to live. The fitness area and party room are spacious and lovely. It is really the people that run the complex, that go above and beyond their necessary duties, that make this a unique experience.
We have been living in the Coventry Apartments for a couple months now. The maintenance technicians are very responsive and friendly. The grounds and common areas are great. We love the fitness area and the pool has been great this summer. The open layout of our apartment is great. It has really been a fantastic place to live while we are waiting for our new home.
