I was thrilled to have one a gift certificate for a haircut, color, and style. I scheduled my appointment and went in with high hopes. I was treated as though I was in the way from the moment that I arrived for my pre-scheduled appointment. I was moved from chair to chair so that the hairstylist could cycle in and out other clients while she was cutting, coloring, and styling my hair.
