Dr. Ashley provides a great service for me on a regular series of chiropractic services. Her therapy has been wonderful over the past three months so we are able now to cut back to only one session per week for the foreseeable future. As a result of Dr. Ashley’s service I have been sleeping better and am now able to more easily share in the activities in my retirement community.
Dr. Ashley at The Cove Chiropractic in Frederick is amazing! Her gentle approach with Torque Release Technique makes her care precise, comfortable and effective. She has such a welcoming space for families and kids. You can truly feel how much she cares about supporting whole family wellness. If you are looking for a family chiropractor who takes a nervous system focused approach I highly recommend her!

10/10 would recommend! Ashley has been my chiropractor while trying to conceive, all during my first pregnancy, and post partum. I truly believe I was able to enjoy the pregnancy process more because of the techniques she used to help my body! She really listens to you as her patient and listens to your body to determine the best type of adjustment! She has even adjusted my newborn baby as early at 10 days old!
