Tight community when you know your neighbors everyone stays to themselves one the best neighborhoods out the oceanfront
I’m extremely disappointed with this apartment complex. There are over 300 units here and yet there is only ONE trash dumpster for the entire community. That alone is absolutely ridiculous. You have to literally put the trash in your car and drive it over because it’s placed in the most inconvenient location possible. Even worse, they don’t collect the trash regularly, so it piles up disgustingly (I’m attaching photos). For a complex of this size, this is completely unacceptable and embarrassing. My family and I have lived here for a year now. It's a great quiet place to live. Maintenance takes care of issues quickly. The office staff are nice and friendly.
We've been here for a couple weeks so far, and LOVE it! It's quiet, the office staff are all awesome, and the homes/amenities are great. Overall super satisfied, and only complaint is that the parking situation really sucks.
