Maintenance team is great, but it sucks that the management team thinks this place is worth around the same market price as the new apartments (Canopy Apartments) which were meant to be luxury apartments while Courtsyard of Chanticleer is not. Love the layout, every room feels separated in a good way!
I’ve had a positive experience at Courtyards of Chanticleer. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The apartments are comfortable, and the neighborhood feels welcoming. The office and maintenance staff have been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Awesome place to live, quiet, safe neighborhood. Lived here for 12 wonderful years. Love my new renovated apartment. Gorgeous. Everyone in the office and maintenance are just great. Always helpful.
This is a great place to reside, we’ve gradually moved up along the way but we’ve been staying here for over 10 years now. The maintenance is good they get the job done no matter how long it takes or even if they have to on their own time after hours.
