I lived there for 3 years. I had no bad experience My neighbors were kind and respectful. Every time I had a problem when something wasn’t working in my unit maintenance were always on point and got it fixed the same day or the next day.they most definitely kept the ground clean. And if I had any questions the office would answer any of my questions that, I was concerned about. If I ever had to move back to chanticleer I would most definitely rent there again. PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. -Employees , Amber and the "Manager" Sam are extremely rude. - application process is very sensitive do mess up anything. (The team doesn't respond to emails, and then you get them on the phone and they give you quick answers to get you off the phone. - The lady at the office basically told me that there is nothing she can do to help me if the app messes up.
